At sophiejames.skin, our policies are designed to protect both our clients and the business. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
Booking Fees & Refund Policy
A booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
All booking fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or change.
Booking fees contribute to the time allocated for your treatment, preparation, and administrative costs, and therefore cannot be returned.
If the clinic needs to cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be transferred to a new appointment or refunded at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full treatment amount.

Booking fees remain non-refundable in all circumstances.
This ensures that the reserved appointment time can be offered to another client and helps prevent lost income to the business.
Late Arrival Policy
Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened or adjusted accordingly, with no refund or partial refund given.

If you are excessively late and the treatment cannot proceed, this will be treated as a late cancellation, and the full treatment fee will apply.
